1. 以前我当律师的时候，碰到很多麻烦的案子。
   Yǐqián wǒ dāng lǜshī de shíhou, pèngdào hěn duō máfan de ànzi.
   When I was a lawyer, I encountered many troublesome cases.
   
   
2. 在生活中，我们会碰到各种各样的困难和挑战。
   Zài shēnghuó zhōng, wǒmen huì pèngdào gèzhǒnggèyàng de kùnnan hé tiǎozhàn.
   In life, we will encounter various difficulties and challenges.
   
   
3. 在工作中，我们会碰到各种困难，面临各种障碍，但是我们会努力克服。
   Zài gōngzuò zhōng, wǒmen huì pèngdào gè zhǒng kùnnan, miànlín gè zhǒng zhàng'ài, dànshì wǒmen huì nǔlì kèfú.
   At work, we face various difficulties and obstacles, but we will strive to overcome them.
   (I use both“碰到” and “面临” in this both informal and formal context.)
   
   
4. 美中关系面临很多障碍，这需要两国共同克服。
   Měi-Zhōng guānxi miànlín hěn duō zhàng'ài, zhè xūyào liǎngguó gòngtóng kèfú.
   U.S.-China relations face many obstacles, which require joint efforts from both countries to overcome.

   Měi-Zhōng guānxi miànlín hěn duō tiǎozhàn, zhè xūyào liǎngguó gòngtóng kèfú.
   U.S.-China relations face many challenges, which need to be overcome together by both countries.
   
   
6. 尽管美中关系面临各种各样的困难、挑战和障碍，但是两国一定会努力克服。
   Jǐnguǎn Měi-Zhōng guānxi miànlín gèzhǒnggèyàng de kùnnan、tiǎozhàn hé zhàng'ài, dànshì liǎngguó yīdìng huì nǔlì kèfú.
   Although U.S.-China relations face various difficulties, challenges, and obstacles, both countries will surely make efforts to overcome them.
